has recognized this for circumcision of girls. Why not for boys too?

| In many countries (including Australia recently) it is
illegal
to dock a dog's tail for non-medical reasons; isn't a human male
entitled to at least as much protection from someone else surgically

| Religious reasons? Actually the U.N. regards circumcision as a
human rights violation (for girls) regardless of religion. Furthermore,
circumcision
is NOT a divine requirement of Judaism.

during the procedure, your child will feel pain, if not during the procedure
then during recovery.
